Engineered for performance and built for reliability, the Mini Kabuto is a drop-in Rapid Reset System designed for the AR-15 platform. Every unit arrives fully assembled, bench-tested, and ready to drop in—requiring zero DIY assembly.

Built for Duty-Grade Durability

  • Advanced Housing: 3D printed from PA12-CF (Carbon Fiber Nylon 12). This is a rigid, high-heat engineering polymer reinforced with carbon fiber—not standard hobby-grade plastic.

  • Precision Internals: Laser-cut steel and 304 stainless steel internals combined with stainless steel pins. Components are hand-finished and deburred to deliver smooth, crisp operation while keeping costs efficient without sacrificing strength.

  • Reinforced Ambidextrous Safety: Ships complete with a custom 3-position ambidextrous safety selector. Unlike standard printed safeties that are prone to high-stress failure, ours is uniquely redesigned and internally reinforced with a full-length stainless steel screw running through its core for unmatched strength.
