Engineered specifically for 9mm platforms, the all-polymer AR-9 Kabuto is a lightweight drop-in Rapid Reset System built to handle blowback operation while delivering incredible speed and efficiency.

Materials & Construction

• Lightweight Housing & Internals: Precision 3D printed from durable polymer for both the housing and internal components.

• Critical Reinforcement: Equipped with a rugged tool steel pin at high-stress wear points to ensure long-term durability against the harsher forces of a 9mm blowback system.

• Reinforced Ambidextrous Safety: Ships complete with a 3-position selector switch featuring the signature design internally reinforced with a full-length stainless steel screw running through its core, eliminating the high-stress failure points common in standard printed safeties.

Critical Modification & Buffer Tuning Note

• Bolt Weight Requirement: Because of the unique dynamics of 9mm blowback setups, your bolt weight must be modified to match an M16 bolt profile to interact correctly with the system.

• Buffer Weight: These systems often require a heavier dead blow (non-solid) buffer to ensure proper cycling and prevent timing issues.

Compatibility & Requirements

• Platform: AR-9 (Fits aluminum lowers that use a standard mil-spec fire control group).

• Exclusions: Does not fit the G Force Jawbone lower.

• Trigger Compatibility: Designed for standard mil-spec fire control groups requiring zero modification. Other trigger types are untested.
